




**Job Description** We are looking for a professional to lead the consolidation of a new Smart Factory strategic area for the entire GM South America region, leading its implementation and coordinating activities related to developed digitization projects. **Work Model:** Hybrid **Responsibilities:** * Ensure continuous alignment with regional and global Smart Factory strategies; * Coordinate a multidisciplinary data-focused team, working on analytics projects, application development and dashboards (BIs); * Manage and ensure efficient talent allocation according to project demands; * Validate applications directly at plants, ensuring functionality and adherence to operational needs in collaboration with Shop Directors and/or GMS SMEs; * Manage local resource outsourcing, seeking agile and efficient solutions to meet specific demands; * Improve the transition of locally developed applications into regional solutions, promoting standardization and scalability; * Plan and supervise the execution of digital transformation and industrial innovation projects; * Promote integration between technical and operational areas to ensure adoption of developed solutions; * Lead strategic forums and meetings with internal stakeholders from different regional plants; * Monitor performance and usage indicators and propose continuous improvements in digital processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency; * Proven experience in project management and execution, preferably in industrial or digital transformation environments; * Previous experience with agile methodologies and data visualization tools (e.g.: Power BI, Tableau); * Leadership and communication skills to interact with different hierarchical levels and departments within the company during meetings and presentations. **Desired Requirements:** * Master's degree/MBA in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Business or related fields; * Knowledge of programming languages (e.g.: Python, SQL); * Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency. \&\#xa;\&\#xa;\&\#xa;\&\#xa; **About GM** Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all. **Why Join Us** We believe we all must make a choice every day – individually and collectively – to drive meaningful change through our words, our deeds and our culture.
