




Job Summary: Administrative professional responsible for various administrative duties, including report preparation, record keeping, drafting internal communications, telephone support, and document filing. Organizational culture that values diversity and teamwork. * Perform diverse administrative tasks, preparing charts, maps, and reports; * Conduct various controls and records; * Draft routine internal communications; * Provide information to various departments; * File and dispatch correspondence, and perform typing tasks according to established procedures and routines, meeting the administrative needs of departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Answer telephone calls directed to your department, screen topics, and forward calls based on the availability of the person being contacted, providing the most appropriate solution for each case; * Make external and internal phone calls directly or through the receptionist, transferring calls to the requester or delivering messages when necessary; * Collect and compile various data by consulting documents, transcripts, files, and card indexes; * Enter data using calculators and/or computers; * Record entries in tax ledgers, registering supporting documentation; * Manage requests and receipts of consumable materials, preparing request forms and monitoring deliveries; * Draft letters, memoranda, official correspondence, and other texts required to fulfill departmental responsibilities, typing and printing them; * Prepare minutes, charts, demonstrative maps, reports, and payroll sheets using calculators and/or computers, complying with applicable legal requirements; * Organize and maintain department-related document archives and card indexes, performing classification, labeling, and storage; * Review, dispatch, and/or process cases related to your work unit, arranging for their forwarding; * Monitor the progress of official matters or cases relevant to your work unit, maintaining internal and external contacts, clarifying doubts, and taking actions to meet service requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Higher education in Administration (completed or currently pursued) is desirable; * Proficiency in computer applications — User level; * Prior experience in the field is an advantage. **Additional Information** Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM The **SPDM** — São Paulo Association for the Development of Medicine — is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as a federal, state, and municipal public utility entity, respectively under Decrees No. 57,925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40,103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8,911 dated 07/30/1970.
