Perform access control, invoice entry, and freight quotation **Location:** São Bernardo do Campo / SP **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30 **Salary:** Negotiable (competitive with market average) **About the Opportunity:** We seek a professional to provide administrative and operational support for our logistics team. The ideal candidate must be organized, agile, and possess solid experience in shipping and receiving routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive drivers, control access (intercom), and verify goods. * Enter invoices into the system (ERP). * Quote and contract freight services via apps (Lalamove, Uber, Correios) and freight carriers. * Schedule and follow up on pickups. * Organize delivery documents and proof-of-delivery records. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in Logistics or Receiving routines. * Knowledge of invoice entry procedures. * Familiarity with delivery apps and freight search tools. * **Preferred Qualification:** Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
