Doorman with additional duties as Parking Attendant

We are hiring a professional to work as a Doorman with additional duties as a Parking Attendant, responsible for access control, attending residents/customers, and vehicle maneuvering when necessary. Main responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers; * In-person, telephone, and intercom attendance; * Monitoring and recording of movements; * Front desk organization and support for site security; * Vehicle maneuvering and parking; * Ensuring organization and security of automobiles; * Supporting site operational routines. Requirements: * Valid driver's license (Category B); * Prior experience as a doorman or parking attendant is preferred; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Responsibility, attentiveness, and commitment; * Availability to work flexible hours.
