




**About the Client:** Large-scale manufacturing company with 58 years in the market (manufactures fiberglass equipment). **What You Will Do:** Monitor production process stages (lamination, post-curing, assembly, painting, and final testing), ensuring compliance with quality requirements. Develop and review work instructions, inspection plans, and acceptance criteria. Perform dimensional, visual, and integrity inspections of tanks according to technical specifications and drawings. Issue non-conformance reports, monitor corrective actions, and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Support internal and external audits of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or other applicable standards). Prepare databooks. Conduct mechanical tests on finished products—such as axial tensile, compression, circumferential, and stiffness tests—according to technical specifications and using appropriate analytical equipment, in accordance with ABNT, ISO, or specific technical standards. Issue test certificates and inspection reports. Perform supplier qualification. Ensure instrument calibration. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Technical courses in Chemistry, Quality, or Plastics are considered advantageous. Proven experience in the quality area within the fiberglass or boiler-making (steel) segment. Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, and familiarity with ISO 9001 (2015).
