**Junior Quality Analyst** to work on the **technical and operational management of OPME (Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials)**, supporting compliance, traceability, and material organization processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the company's **licensing process** with competent authorities, assisting in the organization, updating, and control of **licenses and authorizations**. * Assist in the **technical and operational management of OPME materials**, from receipt to final disposition, following established standards and procedures. * Collaborate to ensure compliance with **applicable regulations and legislation** (RDCs, Anvisa, LGPD, among others), under the guidance of the quality team. * Support the **development, review, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**, contributing to process standardization and continuous improvement. * Monitor and record **inventory levels, consumption, and movement** of OPME materials, ensuring accurate data entry into systems. * Assist in **inventory control**, including traceability, inspections, inventories, and support for internal logistics routines. * Support **separation, inspection, identification, and storage activities** of materials, following safety, expiration date, batch, and integrity criteria. * Assist in the **supervision of labeling, identification, and internal batch control processes**, ensuring organization and traceability. * Participate in **internal audits, external audits, and health inspections**, supporting document preparation and follow-up on requirements. **Minimum Requirements** * **Higher education in progress or completed**. * Initial **experience desirable** (internship, trainee, or up to 1–2 years) in administrative, quality, inventory, logistics, healthcare, or medical devices areas. * Basic knowledge of **Office Suite** (especially Excel) and ability to learn internal systems. * Availability for **on-site work**, **Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.** * Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **inventory management** and/or previous experience with **ERP systems**. * Prior experience in **OPME**, hospitals, distributors, or **medical device industries**. * Basic understanding of **Anvisa regulations** and healthcare-related routines.
