We are seeking a professional to join our IT team, providing support for corporate systems and driving continuous improvement of departmental processes across the company. The role will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of systems and integrations, as well as the accuracy and integrity of data used in Power BI reports and dashboards. Key Activities and Responsibilities * Open, track, and report technical tickets with IT vendors, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents. * Perform basic adjustments to the ERP database, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and reliability. * Participate in system projects, implementing necessary adjustments and support to deploy process and integration improvements. * Attend meetings to gather requirements, define integrations, and align technically with clients and vendors. * Write basic SQL Server queries and develop views and reports in Power BI to support decision-making. * Develop and maintain custom ERP programs according to internal department and IT management requirements. * Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on ERP custom programs. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation for programs, integrations, and procedures, ensuring standardization and traceability. * Analyze ERP and integration operations to identify failures, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. * Support basic integrations between internal and external systems (clients, suppliers, EDI, WebService, and APIs). * Maintain and monitor internal integrations between API and ERP, ensuring process continuity and data consistency. * Provide basic support for key Back Office Protheus modules, WMS, ESL Cloud, route planner, and other third-party systems. * Provide support and handle low-complexity technical tickets.
