Join a team driving the next generation of technological solutions—review this opportunity: **Senior Systems Support Analyst (Oracle Forms/PL\-SQL or .NET Backend)** Senior professional specialized in corporate systems support and correction, responsible for handling incidents, root cause analysis, technical fixes, targeted adjustments, and continuous application maintenance. Must demonstrate strong autonomy, systemic vision, and the ability to diagnose complex issues, ensuring operational stability and qualified support to internal teams and clients. **Hybrid Work Model**: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (location: São Bernardo do Campo/SP). **Occasional Travel**: 3 days every 3 months to Vinhedo/SP, fully covered by the company. **Responsibilities:** Handle high-complexity incidents autonomously and efficiently. Perform root cause analysis (RCA), proposing and implementing definitive solutions where possible. Conduct corrective and light evolutionary maintenance on legacy or modern systems. Investigate failures in integrations, logs, databases, and backend services. Validate and test applied solutions prior to production deployment. Produce clear documentation of incidents, solutions, and support standards. Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting less experienced members (when required). Collaborate with functional areas to clarify requirements and understand issues. Ensure environment stability and suggest preventive improvements. **Requirements – Oracle Forms / PL‑SQL Track** Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, cursors). Solid experience with Oracle data manipulation and modeling. Strong ability to diagnose issues in routines, queries, and database objects. Development and optimization of complex queries, views, and reports. Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle support or development. Desirable: Oracle 12C, intermediate Git, basic Jenkins, familiarity with Scrum, and intermediate English. Advantageous: Knowledge of .NET and participation in SAP integrations. **Requirements – .NET Backend Track with PL/SQL** Solid experience in C\#, .NET Full Framework and/or .NET Core. Strong expertise in maintaining APIs, backend services, and critical routines. Practical experience with PL/SQL for Oracle database investigation and correction. Good familiarity with log structures, debugging, call analysis, and application flow. Ability to adjust CI/CD pipelines. Minimum 5 years of experience in this role. Ability to adjust or fix frontend components (Angular/TS) when necessary. Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Minimum 5 years of experience in this role. Desirable: Unit and integration testing, Scrum, UML, advanced English.
