We have a partnership opportunity in the purchasing area. **Responsibilities:** * Supplier registration, development, and qualification; * Acting as an interface with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, and Tax) and external stakeholders (suppliers); * Drafting, analyzing, and managing legal contracts in compliance with internal policies; * Preparing and monitoring contractual documents (notices, terminations, price adjustments, addenda, among others); * KPI management and control of contractual processes; * Monitoring and ensuring adherence to the Sustainability Program; * Handling the purchasing backlog, RDEs, and follow-ups with suppliers and client areas; * Commercial negotiation and issuance of purchase orders in SAP ECC (MM) and SAP Ariba systems; Strategic support to construction portfolio routines; * Ensuring compliance with internal Purchasing and Compliance policies; Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; * Experience in purchasing for civil construction projects, facilities, and contract management; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques; * Knowledge of procurement processes; * Knowledge of value chain analysis; * Basic financial knowledge; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * SAP ECC – MM module (mandatory); * SAP Ariba (a plus).
