Contribution to the company's growth and development Execute Training and Personnel Development activities aimed at maintaining a qualified workforce that meets the company's growth and development needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** ° Develop an annual training schedule according to departmental requests and mandatory training requirements. ° Manage training room logistics and organize training sessions, including necessary materials and coffee break requests; ° Ensure ISO-related documentation complies with applicable standards and support internal and external audits; ° Keep job descriptions and required competencies for each position up to date; ° Responsible for developing employee training, education, and professional development programs aimed at continuously improving technical capabilities and individual and collective performance; ° Develop metrics and statistical data on Absenteeism, Turnover, and Training to support HR policy and procedural decisions and adjustments; ° Provide the Human Resources Management team with essential data and information for managing the Training and Development area; ° Recruitment and selection of candidates for operational positions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree completed in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Technical Skills: Training development, basic Microsoft Office suite; Desirable Skills: SAP knowledge and basic English proficiency. Behavioral Competencies: Interpersonal relationships, communication, responsibility, organization, and empathy.
