




The Junior Data Intelligence Analyst in Procurement will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data from Domestic and International Procurement areas into strategic insights, enabling improved decision-making, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. They will develop dashboards and management reports to support the procurement team in identifying negotiation opportunities, supplier analysis, and risk reduction. Additionally, this professional will be responsible for data modeling, report automation, and implementation of analytical tools, ensuring that the procurement area operates in a data-driven manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** º Structure and maintain domestic and international procurement databases, ensuring data integrity and reliability. º Create interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and other tools. º Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, including lead time, savings, supplier efficiency, and foreign exchange impact. º Identify purchasing patterns and opportunities for cost reduction and supplier consolidation. º Automate data extraction and processing in ERP SAP and BI systems. º Structure processes to improve the accuracy of demand and inventory forecasts. º Conduct benchmarking to compare prices, commercial terms, and global supply trends. º Support analysis of foreign exchange and tax variation impacts on international procurement. º Provide the procurement team with detailed analyses for strategic negotiations and supplier evaluations. º Develop statistical models for cost projection and procurement optimization. º Monitor and develop procurement and operational efficiency KPIs, proposing corrective actions and improvements. º Apply agile methodologies and process analysis tools (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance procurement performance. º Develop dynamic control panels to support senior management and related departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum education: Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields; Desired education: Extension courses or certifications in Excel, Power BI, Data Analysis, or BI. Technical competencies: Power BI – creation, updating, and maintenance of interactive dashboards; visual data analysis and monitoring of operational indicators; support in data modeling under guidance from senior team members; Intermediate/Advanced Excel – pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, and database organization; manipulation and consolidation of large volumes of data; basic knowledge of Macros and VBA is considered a plus; SQL (basic/intermediate level) – execution of simple queries for data extraction and processing; support in validating data in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server); ERP (preferably SAP) – basic extraction and analysis of procurement operational data; understanding of core procurement workflows and information; concepts of metrics and KPIs; familiarity with procurement and supply chain performance indicators; support in tracking and updating operational KPIs; methodologies and processes – introductory knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with continuous improvement and process analysis (Lean); risk and compliance (introductory level) – basic understanding of risk and compliance concepts in procurement; support in organizing information for financial and operational risk analysis. Desired competencies: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis activities, preferably in areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, or analytical functions; initial hands-on experience with BI and data analysis tools; intermediate English proficiency for reading and interpreting reports.
