Monitoring and management of incidents in technological systems An Information Technology company is seeking a Data Analyst in Mauá. Soditech is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Monitor IoT devices and remote metering solutions to ensure operational stability, availability, and performance. Manage incidents by opening, tracking, and prioritizing connectivity and maintenance tickets. Conduct follow-up with internal departments and suppliers to ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs. Analyze connectivity and performance failures in meters, gateways, and sensors, proposing corrective actions. Collaborate with connectivity providers to resolve incidents in LPWAN networks (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT). Perform data extraction and analysis using tools such as SAP, Lecom, ServiceNow, and BI dashboards. Prepare reports containing operational KPIs, network performance metrics, and ticket status. Support preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and device log analysis. Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analysis Specialist, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Market Intelligence Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
