Creation of managerial and executive analyses with actionable insights We are looking for a senior Business Intelligence professional to transform data into strategic, visual, and actionable information, directly supporting business decision-making. The role focuses on Power BI, data modeling, and the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data reliability, performance, and scalability. We seek an analytical profile with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of consistently structuring data and generating relevant insights for company strategy. **Work Location:** 100% on-site – Santo André **Employment Model:** PJ (Individual Contractor) Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate dashboards and reports in Power BI for various business areas. Manage, standardize, and govern KPIs, ensuring consistency, traceability, and reliability of information. Collect, process, validate, and model data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, internal systems, external databases, etc.). Create and optimize data models, measures, and indicators (DAX), ensuring best practices for performance and usability in Power BI. Develop managerial and executive analyses with actionable insights using Power BI and, when necessary, Excel and PowerPoint. Support leaders and partner teams with critical analyses, trends, and scenarios for decision-making. Conduct stakeholder alignment sessions to understand requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables. Create and maintain technical documentation (dashboards, metric dictionary, BI models and processes). Ensure data governance, information security, and compliance in data and reporting usage. Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement, contributing to enhanced analytical maturity. Work autonomously while actively collaborating with the team and sharing best practices to strengthen deliverables. Requirements (Mandatory) Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, Statistics, or related fields. Solid experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI. Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, data modeling, DAX, publishing, and workspace management). Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience defining, building, and monitoring KPIs and BI routines. Advanced Excel skills and ability to structure executive presentations (PowerPoint) when required. Desirable Qualifications (Preferred) Experience with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS) and organizing/consuming data within these ecosystems. Familiarity with data governance (data catalog, data dictionary, data layers, data quality). Experience optimizing performance (large models, incremental refresh, DAX/modeling best practices). Competencies and Skills Critical thinking and analytical mindset. Problem-solving ability with results orientation. Cost awareness (assessing effort vs. impact and prioritization). Attention to detail and aesthetic care in visualizations. Strong communication skills to translate technical topics for business audiences.
