




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, assembly and restocking of items, and kitchen sanitation and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Promote health and safety in the workplace ### ***Position exclusively for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)*** **Requirements** * Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off — Monday to Friday * Must reside in the ABC Region (preference for Mauá or Santo André) Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of a direct supervisor, contributing to one stage of the production process; assist in assembly; sanitize and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1. Pre-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2. Pre-prepare salads. 3. Pre-prepare desserts. 4. Assist in assembling and restocking food items. 5. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8. Collect and identify food samples. 9. Receive meal vouchers (when assigned to this task and under the supervision of a direct supervisor). 10. Perform related tasks. 11. Be responsible for health and safety, and apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
