We value innovation, ethics, and proactive leadership, jointly building a long-term, positively impactful journey. **Main Responsibilities:** Technically orchestrate the production flow through to dispatch, ensuring balanced picking and resource optimization via real-time data, and on-time shipments. Collaborate closely with peer managers overseeing inbound, outbound, and dispatch operations, monitoring performance and intervening promptly upon identifying productivity losses or operational issues. Maintain direct coordination with Planning and Control, receiving demand forecasts and ensuring workflow alignment with priorities while considering intralogistics requirements and constraints. **Key Responsibilities:** Line Balancing: Plan intelligent picking "waves" based on Commercial priority and the actual capacity of conveyors/production lines at each CD layer. Real-Time Flow Monitoring: Monitor production flow across picking lines, proactively identifying bottlenecks before line stoppages occur, and collaborating with area managers to implement corrective actions. Operations Interface: Translate sales demand into executable, intelligent, and dynamic production orders, adjusting shifts according to volume. Predictive Modeling: Apply algorithms to forecast optimal flow, demand peaks, and recommend personnel or resource allocations. Requirements: * Education: Preferably in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or Logistics). * Hard Skills: Proficiency in WMS/WCS systems, Power BI, and, preferably, Python/R or similar tools to guide AI model development. * Soft Skills: Logical reasoning, assertive communication with operations and executive leadership, and systemic thinking.
