Job Summary: The professional will coordinate and manage export shipments, overseeing documentation, liaising with agents, and monitoring costs and customs compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Control and analyze international freight and warehousing costs Description: Minimum Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. Preferred Education: Postgraduate degree Technical Competencies: Experience in international logistics, export operations, or international trade. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Practical knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and customs regimes. Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. Experience in logistics cost modeling and KPI analysis. Proficiency in Siscomex, DU-E, and NCM; Fluent English Desirable Competencies: Intermediate Spanish Behavioral Competencies: Strong verbal communication skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Teamwork; Organization; Analytical ability; Negotiation skills. Reside near the ABCDMR region * Coordinate maritime, air, and road export shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and cost targets. * Oversee the issuance and verification of export documentation (DU-E, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.). * Perform logistical process follow-up, from customs clearance to final delivery to the customer. * Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and bonded terminals. * Collaborate with regulatory agencies such as the Federal Revenue Service, MAPA, and ANVISA to ensure compliance with export requirements. * Monitor changes in customs legislation and regulations to prevent penalties and delays. * Control and analyze international freight and warehousing costs to reduce expenses. * Negotiate rates with carriers and shipping lines to secure favorable commercial terms. * Develop export performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics efficiency and identify improvement opportunities. * Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and corporate compliance standards. * Engage in logistical and customs risk prevention, ensuring documentary security and mitigation of shipment failures. 2512200202551929281
