**Production Supervisor – PPE Industry** Location: Diadema – SP Work Mode: On-site We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 40 employees, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production processes of a PPE manufacturing company focused on plastic injection. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel (formatting, charts, pivot tables). * Proficiency with operating systems and ERP systems. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in production, preferably in plastic manufacturing industries. * Leadership profile. * Practical knowledge of plastic injection and operation of injection molding machines. * Experience with PCP routines (production planning and control). * Prior experience managing teams (leadership of large groups is a significant advantage). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, sense of urgency, and leadership posture. * Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills within the factory environment. * Proactive attitude. * Ability to conduct training sessions together with the Quality Analyst. **Desired Profile** * A leader who develops 40 factory employees—not merely assigning tasks. * Ability to maintain smooth operations even under pressure. * Process-oriented mindset and ease in decision-making. * Firm yet empathetic approach in team interactions. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits** **Job Conditions:** Monthly salary: BRL 5,000.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Breakfast Profit-sharing program (PLR) Food basket Dental plan at no cost to employee Group life insurance **Employment Type:** **CLT** – Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Work Mode:** On-site * Lead, guide, and monitor production team activities, ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, and safety targets. * + Deliver reports periodically (info added) + Coordinate plastic injection and PPE assembly processes, operating and adjusting injection molding machines as needed—collaborating with Quality for production monitoring. + Ensure production flow aligns with PCP planning coordinated with Sales, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance indicator tracking. + Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development. + Identify process improvement opportunities, proposing and implementing actions to optimize operations. + Ensure compliance with internal standards, proper use of PPEs, and good manufacturing practices. + Monitor machine production cycle times. + Support onboarding and training of new employees. + Supervise factory shift start and end times
