**Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources. * Conduct exploratory and predictive analyses. * Prepare databases, ensuring integrity, quality, consistency, and governance. * Develop strategic dashboards and management reports for various departments across the company. * Create and maintain integration processes between internal systems, ERPs, CRMs, and databases. * Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, proposing proactive process improvements. * Develop creative analyses and predictive scenarios to support strategic decision-making. * Translate complex analyses into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Support business areas (sales, operations, finance, customer service) with analyses and insights. * Document technical and functional specifications of developed solutions. * Collaborate with the IT team on ad-hoc requests. * Identify and monitor KPIs and reports focused on operational efficiency and performance across various company departments. **Bachelor’s degree in:** * Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with APIs and N8N for process automation and data integration. * Experience building strategic dashboards. * Knowledge of applied statistics and predictive modeling. * Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, or R. * Familiarity with multiple BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc.). * 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis.
