The professional will provide direct support to the Distribution Center (DC) daily routine, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to deadlines. **RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT: SBC, Diadema, Santo André, or nearby regions** **Main Responsibilities** * Prospecting third-party drivers and negotiating freight rates * Route planning, route monitoring, and trip tracking * DC activities including cargo monitoring, verification, and dispatch support * Driver registration and risk analysis follow-up * Issuance of transport documents (CT\-e and Manifest) * Support for trip release and interface with operations **Requirements** * Experience in transportation or logistics * Practical experience in freight negotiation * Knowledge of route planning and route monitoring * Experience in cargo verification * Knowledge of CT\-e and Manifest issuance * Excel (for controls, analyses, and operational monitoring) * Completed high school education * Preferred: Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields **Expected Profile** * Operational-commercial profile, practical and organized * Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers and internal teams * Ability to manage multiple routes and simultaneous demands * Agility in resolving day-to-day incidents * Familiarity with warehouse and road transportation routines **Salary and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.300,00 * VR: On-site meal allowance * Physical Basic Food Basket worth R$ 150.00 * VT: As needed **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Work Location** * On-site at the Distribution Center (DC) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
