Euro Decor is a company specialized in interior decoration and design, offering a wide range of products and services to transform residential and commercial spaces. **Responsibilities:** Issue different types of fiscal invoices, including sales, industrialization, free samples, shipments, returns, exports, and supplementary invoices. Verify orders, contracts, and registration information prior to issuing fiscal invoices. Issue tax payment slips when necessary. Manage and organize fiscal and administrative documents related to billing. Support the finance department in managing receivables and collections. Maintain communication with customers and suppliers to clarify billing-related inquiries. Update control spreadsheets and reports. Assist in other administrative activities within the department. Previous experience as a Billing Assistant, Financial Assistant, Billing Analyst, or Collections Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
