As a Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer you support. You will act as the main liaison between our clients and internal teams, managing the entire service delivery process from contract to completion. This is a remote, contractor\-based opportunity ideal for someone who is detail oriented, organized, and confident coordinating multiple projects at once while keeping communication clear and professional. What You Will Do * Oversee a portfolio of customer contracts from start to finish including reviewing terms, verifying orders, tracking progress, and ensuring on time completion * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing regular updates and proactive communication * Resolve issues with sound judgment and a customer first mindset while staying aligned with company goals * Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Warehousing teams to align timelines and deliverables * Manage schedules for subcontractors and monitor product deliveries to keep projects on track * Ensure permitting and HOA requirements are completed before installation * Maintain clear, accurate records and document all communication in SAP or other company systems * Support customer satisfaction initiatives such as review requests and referral outreach * Verify and process payments according to contract terms What We Are Looking For * At least five years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Prior project management experience preferred * Experience managing multiple customer accounts or service contracts * Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines * Problem solver with a proactive and professional approach * Comfort working independently in a remote environment * Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred * Familiarity with SAP or similar CRM or project tracking systems is a plus Ideal Skills and Traits * Highly organized and detail focused * Able to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and internal teams * Professional, dependable, and accountable * Comfortable with Google Workspace, project management tools such as Asana, and video conferencing platforms * Capable of handling challenges calmly and with good judgment * Focused on outcomes and continuous improvement Contract Details * Remote contractor position (United States based) * Up to eight hours per day between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday * Occasional Saturday rotation and United States holiday coverage as required * Must have a quiet, dedicated home workspace and reliable high speed internet Compensation: $15 \- $18 per hour Communication Skills: Must speak and write English at an advanced (C1\) level to communicate effectively in a collaborative, international environment.
