




**Job Description:** ---------------------- The professional will be responsible for hygiene and maintenance of the company’s premises, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. We seek organized, responsible professionals committed to quality and excellence in performing their duties. Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Federal Inspection requirements, and internal standards for quality, environment, health and safety. Responsibilities and duties: Perform operational cleaning in slaughter areas, offal processing, cutting room, deboning, ribs, cooling chambers and freezing chambers. Carry out washing of machinery, doors, equipment, ceilings, floors and walls using hoses, sponges and cleaning rods. Manually scrub surfaces applying foam according to technical instructions. Sanitize chutes, rails, bucket elevators, piping and sanitary barriers following the company’s sanitation schedule. Wash and handle plastic crates, including loading and unloading. Perform sanitation of external areas, contact surfaces, floors using mops, hoses and lighting fixtures.
