This is how we connect Localiza&Co with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage maintenance of the branch’s operational fleet (RAC, Zarp, Fleet Management, After-Sales, and MEOO), ensuring achievement of targets for productive and non-productive fleet utilization. * Ensure fleet quality by monitoring and managing vehicles undergoing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting the technical team in controlling service quality—with NPS survey results serving as a key reference. * Reduce fleet maintenance time through planning of vehicle mobilization and demobilization, supplier development, indicator tracking, audits, and internal process improvements. * Guarantee excellence in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and after-sales services by selecting top-tier suppliers aligned with each business unit’s needs, delivering training programs, monitoring service delivery, and tracking performance indicators and customer satisfaction surveys. * Control variable fleet costs—including accidents, maintenance, preparation for resale, after-sales, and theft—ensuring sustainable outcomes. * Ensure legal compliance and adherence to internal policies, promoting ethical conduct within the team and reporting any potential deviations. * Develop strategic partnerships for marketing products and services that add value to the business and mobility, aiming to generate revenue and ensure the area’s self-sustainability. * Foster a high-performance culture with a healthy organizational climate, inspirational leadership, and team engagement around a passionate vision of serving customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate degree preferred). * Experience with Power BI. * Driver’s license Category B (minimum 2 years). * Experience in customer service and training delivery. * Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation. * Experience in market strategy and cost analysis. * Willingness to travel. * English or Spanish (preferred). * Automotive maintenance process knowledge will be considered a differentiator. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR YOU** Dress code: Be yourself!
