Mentoring and supporting other developers **Senior Backend Developer Analyst III** **Summary:** The Senior Backend Developer Analyst is responsible for transforming business requirements into increments of systems developed and implemented by the company, applying market-leading best practices. They proactively address tasks, exercise autonomy and accountability for deliverables, mentor and support other developers and the broader development team, and execute processes naturally with minimal cognitive effort—while also guiding peers on software development best practices. They assist in analyzing and refining internal and external customer requests to help validate technical feasibility of required implementations. They promote coding best practices across the entire team and throughout all stages of the development process by consistently communicating and reinforcing established “Definition of Ready” criteria.
