Job Summary: The professional will develop, assemble, and validate jigs and fixtures, and assist in the maintenance of mechanical tools and equipment to optimize industrial production. Collaboration with engineering on project improvements Develop, assemble, and validate jigs and fixtures (tooling) to facilitate performance, ensure quality, reliability, safety, and effectiveness of industrial operations. Generally, ensure and support that tools, mechanical equipment, and manufacturing infrastructure remain in good working condition to meet production requirements. Additionally, assemble product prototypes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret technical drawings, 3D CAD projects, and production orders to perform technical and operational tasks. * Assemble/weld prototype projects, pilot lots, jigs, fixtures, tooling, assemblies, or parts according to 3D projects or technical drawings. * Develop and manufacture specialized tools, parts, and accessories to meet production and factory infrastructure needs. * Modify, adjust, and calibrate existing tools to improve performance or adapt\-to new operating conditions. Generally, perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical tools and equipment. * Implement modifications, repairs, improvements, or adjustments to factory infrastructure per projects and actions coordinated with Manufacturing Engineering. * Prepare welding equipment (welding accessories and consumables) and other machines and equipment to be used (operation of industrial machinery). * Join metal alloy components using welding processes, adhering to company-specified welding parameters. * Provide on-site factory floor support to assist in identifying problems and implementing improvements or repairs related to jigs, fixtures, production methods, and products. * Provide technical and operational follow-up, support, and validation of jigs and fixtures (tooling) in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and production departments. * Suggest improvements to jig, fixture (tooling), or prototype projects in coordination with engineering teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in welding processes. * Knowledge of metallic material properties. * Teamwork skills. * Preferred: Experience in tooling, jig, and fixture development and assembly. **Additional Information** * **Unimed Health Plan:** Statewide plan offering full coverage to employees, extendable to legal dependents at a low cost, with co-payment applied to medical and hospital services. * **Five-Year Bonus** (additional monthly payment after five years of employment): 2% of the contractual salary. * **Free Transportation:** Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, Crissiumal. * **Meal Voucher:** All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal voucher card worth R$300.00 per month.
