We are seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant for our Dental Clinic with customer service skills and a strong aptitude for sales. This role requires excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal skills, as well as a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a CRC, you will be the first impression for our customers and play a key role in promoting our services, with the primary objective of closing sales. Responsibilities: Warmly, professionally and empathetically receive and contact customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from the first contact through to appointment closure. Provide detailed information about the dental services offered by the clinic; Perform consultative sales, identifying opportunities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales, appointment scheduling, and customer information in the clinic's system.
