Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst to assist with activities related to people management, recruitment and selection, training and development, and other HR functions. Key Highlights: 1. Description: We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for assisting with activities related to people management, recruitment and selection, training and development, and other areas of HR management. Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for employees. * Manage training and development programs. * Conduct onboarding processes for new employees. * Implement internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives. * Provide support and backup for the Personnel Department. Requirements: * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and in an organized manner. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel Department procedures is a plus.
