Concrete Plant Supervisor

Therefore, we encourage women, people with disabilities, Black individuals, and people of all sexual orientations to apply for our job openings. **Responsibilities and duties** * Define and monitor, together with management, performance KPIs, analyzing results and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Manage the commercial team and commercial system in alignment with Commercial Coordination, providing support to customers and corporate support areas; * Responsible for meeting budget targets regarding produced concrete volume, concrete pricing, pumping services, and additional charges billed to customers; * Ensure concrete production and delivery meet quality, safety, and good manufacturing practice standards; * Foster a positive work environment by developing high-performance teams and maintaining relationships based on respect and cooperation; * Manage the unit's budget (CAPEX, costs, and expenses), ensuring financial control, productivity, and continuous process improvement; * Administer service provider and supplier contracts, seeking optimal cost-benefit and compliance with company policies; * Monitor fleet and equipment availability and condition, ensuring operational demands are met; * Manage purchase requests (PRs), controlling deadlines and preventing material and supply shortages; * Supervise concrete technological control, ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with established standards; * Track produced and distributed volumes, recording data for productivity calculations and internal reporting; * Conduct site inspections to assess access conditions, safety, and operational performance; * Manage field teams, optimizing work schedules, overtime, and shifts according to concrete pouring schedules; * Monitor training and development plans in collaboration with HR, Safety, and Quality departments. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical education; * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields preferred; * Previous managerial experience in concrete plants required; * Experience with operational processes in routine concrete manufacturing; * Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial systems preferred; * Familiarity with ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 standards preferred; * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B required; * Availability to work at our concrete plant located in São José de Mipibu/RN. **Additional information** * Unimed Fortaleza Health Plan for you and your legal dependents; * Dental Plan (optional), also available to your dependents; * Food allowance of BRL 589.95 per month to support your routine; * Meal allowance of BRL 40.02 per business day worked; * Group Life Insurance, providing greater peace of mind for you and your family; * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR): clear and shared goals recognizing your performance and dedication; * Private Pension Plan to help you build a more secure future; * Wellhub: easy access to gyms and physical and mental well-being; * Auster – Personal Support Program offering psychological counseling and emotional support; * Pharmacy partnerships and educational institution agreements for you and your family; * SESI partnership, expanding access to health and wellness services; * Payroll-deductible loans with favorable terms for your needs; * Innovative, human-centered work environment with a strong ESG commitment, valuing diversity, social responsibility, and sustainability.
