Description: * In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Management and preparation of legal HSE documents * Analysis of occupational, environmental, and operational risks * Technical supervision of teams * Preparation of technical reports and opinions * Management of HSE indicators and audits * Integration with operational areas and legal support * Lead the regional safety technicians team, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, current legislation, and ethical principles. * Participate in projects and actions for systemic improvements in the safety area, aligned with market best practices. * Act as the regional technical responsible for legal HSE programs, including PGR, LTCAT, and required technical reports. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise routine and specific safety inspections, issuing technical reports and guiding operational areas. * Conduct analyses of occupational, environmental, and operational risks, proposing preventive and corrective technical measures. * Monitor and oversee the preparation of legal documents: PPP, CAT, risk maps, Ministry of Labor reports. * Advise the company in inspection processes, expert assessments, and labor disputes, issuing technical opinions and reports. * Update and track HSE performance indicators, evaluating performance by region, risk type, and accident rate. * Develop and monitor accident prevention programs, educational campaigns, SIPAT, and safety communications. * Support capacity-building initiatives and technical training, including PPE, engineering controls, emergency brigades, CIPA, and mandatory programs according to NRs, using the technology tools provided by the company. * Participate in the review of layouts, operational processes, and work criteria to reduce occupational risks and work-related illnesses. * Integrate actions with legal, SESMT, health coordination, maintenance, HR, and local leadership, promoting sustainable solutions. * Monitor and ensure proper delivery, use, and maintenance of PPEs and engineering controls, recording data as required by regulations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal standards, technologies, and industry best safety practices. * Act as a multiplier agent for safety culture, encouraging safe behavior at all operational levels. * Perform other duties compatible with the role and safety engineering expertise. 2509140202531692564
