This professional is responsible for activities including initial coordination, review of technical standards, and monitoring the progress of medium-complexity architectural and complementary projects. Their role focuses on ensuring technical and operational alignment among disciplines involved in the project, tracking schedules, and consolidating information for higher-level management. * Plan and monitor the development of technical projects (architectural, structural, and complementary), facilitating communication among involved disciplines. * Ensure projects comply with current standards and legal requirements. * Review models, drawings, and specifications, proposing adjustments to ensure technical quality. * Monitor project schedules, tracking deliverables across all phases to ensure timely completion and implementing dynamic solutions for potential bottlenecks. * Participate in technical meetings with internal and external teams, consolidating information regarding requirements, pending items, and decisions made. * Collaborate with designers and technical leaders to validate cross-disciplinary projects and organize identified inconsistencies. * Perform basic technical validations in a BIM environment, ensuring accuracy of designed details. * Consolidate reports on project progress, technical performance, and established deadlines. * Gather technical data and prepare material quantity takeoffs and estimates used in initial planning. * Propose process improvements to optimize project management. * Learn and implement agile methodologies in technical development and team alignment. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus Introduction to BIM standards is a plus Intermediate Office Suite proficiency Ability to organize and monitor project stages, with focus on technical quality of deliverables Technical rigor to identify inconsistencies in projects and apply precise corrections.
