If you seek challenges and wish to be part of an expanding project, **grow with us.** Responsibilities: * Plan, structure, and optimize operational and logistics processes, promoting standardization and continuous improvement. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. * Ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability in delivery and logistics operations. * Lead and support expansion strategies, including launching and structuring operations in new cities. * Prioritize and validate technology and system development requests aligned with operational needs. * Collaborate closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing departments. * Develop leadership capabilities and strengthen the performance of operational teams. * Ensure an efficient and high-quality experience for customers, partner establishments, and delivery personnel. Requirements: * Experience in logistics operations management, delivery operations, or field operations. * Experience managing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience leading and developing operational teams. * Experience structuring and standardizing processes, with emphasis on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Process Management, or related fields. * Willingness to travel occasionally, especially during expansion initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in marketplace operations, delivery services, or urban logistics. * Experience in operational expansion, launching operations in new cities, or setting up new units. * Experience in continuous improvement projects and optimization of operational processes.
