Job Summary: Control access, identify service providers, distribute mail, and ensure the proper functioning of the condominium as a Ferista Doorman. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle and visitor entry and exit control 2. Entry protocol and identification of service providers 3. Mail receipt and distribution CONTROL VEHICLE AND VISITOR ENTRY AND EXIT; REGISTER AND IDENTIFY SERVICE PROVIDERS UPON ENTRY; RECEIVE AND DISTRIBUTE MAIL ADDRESSED TO CONDOMINIUM RESIDENTS; ENSURE THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE CONDOMINIUM; RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND AVAILABILITY TO WORK A 12X36 SHIFT SCHEDULE DAY SHIFT: 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM OR NIGHT SHIFT: 7:00 PM TO 7:00 AM WORK AS A FERISTA DOORMAN IN OUR CONDOMINIUMS IN THE CURITIBA REGION.
