Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to provide support to employees and maintain the IT environment. This professional will be responsible for resolving tickets, configuring equipment, and supporting infrastructure maintenance. We seek someone proactive, organized, and eager to grow in the IT field. Responsibilities: * Technical support (remote and on-site) * Installation and configuration of computers and systems * Support for Windows, Office, and company systems * Network support (Wi\-Fi, internet, printers) * Rack assembly and network and server infrastructure setup. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in a related field. * Basic technical support knowledge. * Fundamental understanding of networking (TCP/IP). * Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn. * Knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, and information security fundamentals is a plus.
