We seek a professional with experience in accounting offices, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. Main Responsibilities * Perform **accounting reconciliations** (bank, customers, suppliers, loans, taxes, payroll, etc.); * Conduct **accounting verification and classification** of documents and entries; * Support and execute **monthly accounting closing**; * Verify and support **tax calculation** (in coordination with tax department, where applicable); * Analyze trial balances, general ledger, income statements (DRE), and other accounting reports; * Support preparation and verification of **ancillary accounting obligations**; * Perform balance sheet and income statement balance verifications; * Identify inconsistencies and propose adjustments/improvements to processes; * Address internal requests and provide technical accounting support to other departments. Mandatory Requirements * **Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (completed);** * **Experience working in an accounting office;** * Experience with **accounting processes and monthly closing**; * **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;** * Knowledge of reconciliations and account analysis; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * Experience with the **Questor** system; * Experience with companies under **Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit** regimes; * Knowledge of **ECD, ECF, and EFD Contributions**; * Experience with configuration/integration among accounting, tax, and payroll modules; * Familiarity with performance indicators and process improvement. Salary Range **R$ 2.500,00 to R$ 5.000,00**, depending on technical knowledge, experience, and autonomy in the role.
