Job Summary: Professional to assist in textile production, operating and adjusting sewing machines, controlling quality, and working as part of a team. Key Highlights: 1. Internal training and career development Main Responsibilities * Assist in preparing the workstation: organizing materials, cutting fabrics, sorting accessories. \* * Prepare and adjust sewing machines (straight-stitch, overlock, and others), replace needles, and adjust thread tension. \* * Operate machines for assembling garments on the production line according to technical standards. * Control quality: identify defects, adjust stitches, inspect finishing, and perform necessary repairs. \* * Perform cleaning and basic maintenance (Level 1\) of machines and the workstation. * Package, label, and organize finished pieces according to specifications. * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental standards. * Work collaboratively within a team, maintaining effective communication and cooperation for smooth production. Requirements * Completed elementary education (preferred). * Desirable qualification course (cutting and sewing; machine maintenance) totaling up to 200 classroom hours\-. * Familiarity with operation of industrial machines, adjustments, or production lines. * Manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Organized, proactive, and responsible. * Availability for a CLT employment schedule of up to 44 hours per week, with possible overtime.
