About the Role: We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to join our team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring asset security, maintaining environmental organization, and providing access control support, always prioritizing excellence in public service. Main Responsibilities: Monitor customer and staff movement within the premises; Identify potential risk situations or suspicious behavior; Conduct periodic floor patrols; Support the loss prevention and security team; Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Requirements: Completed high school education; Prior experience in supervision, security, or loss prevention is a plus; Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; Attention to detail and agility in decision-making.
