Separation of products for production and sales An ice cream parlor is seeking a Cold Room Operator in Arcos. **Responsibilities:** Organize products in the cold room according to storage standards. Control the entry and exit of ice cream and refrigerated raw materials. Verify cold room temperatures to ensure adequate preservation. Separate frozen products according to production and sales orders. Previous experience as a Cold Room Operator, Cold Room Technician, Cold Room Assistant, or Refrigeration Equipment Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
