Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Network Analyst in Ibirité (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Continuously monitor network infrastructure (core, distribution, and access), identifying and resolving faults and service degradations. Configure, administer, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, OLTs, ONUs, and firewalls. Work with protocols and technologies used in ISP environments, including VLAN, QinQ, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, PPPoE, IPoE, RADIUS, DHCP, IPv4, and IPv6\. Perform advanced troubleshooting for connectivity, routing, performance, and customer authentication issues. Monitor network performance indicators such as latency, packet loss, jitter, and bandwidth utilization, proposing continuous improvements. Use network monitoring and management tools (SNMP, Zabbix, Grafana, LibreNMS, or similar). Support technical support teams (L1 and L2\) and field teams in handling complex cases. Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure expansion, redundancy, and improvement projects. Implement and maintain network security policies, access controls, and operational best practices. Document configurations, topologies, procedures, and technical standards. Previous experience as a Network Specialist, Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or Network Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role.
