Customer service and guidance **Main Responsibilities of this Role:** * Process and verify payroll, labor charges, and ancillary obligations; * Handle employee onboarding, terminations, vacations, and leaves of absence; * Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation; * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and legal updates; * Provide service and guidance to customers regarding HR routines. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in labor and social security legislation (preferred); * Solid experience in HR department routines, especially in payroll processing, labor charges, onboarding, terminations, electronic timekeeping, and eSocial. * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity * Experience with the Domínio system (preferred).
