***Details*** Responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of equipment and materials. Manages inventory by performing receiving, storage, and shipping activities for electronic components, installation kits, and telecommunications equipment. Meets operational deadlines and targets, ensuring that technicians and field teams have the necessary resources to deliver services for telecommunications operators. ***Responsibilities*** * Monitoring reports; * Storing received materials in their designated locations within the warehouse, following organizational and identification guidelines to facilitate access and control; * Collaborating with technical teams and other departments to align material and equipment requirements, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs); * Recording all equipment movements in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; * Properly packaging equipment for transportation, ensuring item protection and correct labeling for traceability; * Monitoring reports; * Systematically issuing BIPs (Equipment Transfer Documents); * Organizing logistics for returning defective or damaged equipment for repair requests, generating required documentation and tracking the process; * Maintaining control and organization of spare equipment, ensuring replacement parts are available for emergency situations; * Actively participating in inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy and identify potential discrepancies; * Implementing 5S: Keeping the workplace clean and organized, following the 5S methodology (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke); * Verifying invoices and physically inspecting equipment and components received from suppliers to confirm quantity and quality match the purchase order; * Requesting RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations); * Arranging transportation by obtaining quotations. ***Required Education*** High school diploma ***Preferred Education*** Technical degree in Logistics Bachelor’s degree in Logistics ***Preferred Experience*** Warehouse experience – 6 months Logistics experience – 6 months Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (CLT) Salary: R$206,449.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
