Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment User Support and Assistance Provide first-level support to employees in person, by phone, chat, or ticketing system. Record, classify, and track requests and incidents until resolution. Guide users on the proper use of systems, software, and equipment. Maintenance and Installation Perform installation and configuration of operating systems, software packages, and peripheral devices. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners, etc.).
