Job Summary: Perform welding of metal parts using various processes, interpret technical drawings, prepare and inspect parts, maintain an organized workplace, and participate in training sessions. Performing preventive maintenance on welding equipment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform welding of metal parts using welding processes such as MIG, TIG, coated electrode, and oxy-acetylene. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute welds according to required quality standards. Prepare parts for welding by performing cutting, fitting, and positioning as needed. Visually inspect completed welds, identify potential defects, and perform corrections when necessary. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on welding equipment to ensure proper operation. Work collaboratively in a team, supporting other professionals to meet established deadlines and goals. Participate in training and capacity-building sessions to improve welding techniques and stay updated on new technologies and industry standards. Complete production and quality reports, documenting performed activities and obtained results. Strictly comply with safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promptly reporting any hazardous situations to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Experience as a welder. * Primary education.
