




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for user support and assistance, equipment and basic infrastructure maintenance, network and telephony support, and environment setup across multiple Unimed Cuiabá units. User Support and Assistance** * Provide on-site and remote support to employees, physicians, and unit teams; * Register, classify, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 service requests in the ITSM system; * Guide users on the proper use of systems, equipment, and procedures. **2\. Equipment and Basic Infrastructure Maintenance** * Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices; * Conduct hardware testing, replacement, and adjustments; * Configure and install operating systems, corporate software, and antivirus solutions. **3\. Network and Telephony Support** * Verify network connectivity, cabling infrastructure, switches, and access points; * Perform physical and logical tests to diagnose failures; * Provide basic support for landline telephony, VoIP, and internal extensions. **4\. Environment Setup and Configuration** * Configure workstations for new employees (images, access rights, email accounts, systems); * Set up meeting rooms, including projectors, TVs, audio systems, videoconferencing, and multimedia resources; * Prepare equipment for internal and external Unimed events. **5\. Support Across Owned and External Units** * Provide technical support at Unimed units, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities; * Support the opening of new units and structural changes, ensuring full functionality of IT resources; * Provide support during on-call shifts, rotating schedules, and special regimes (e.g., 12x36 shifts for hospital units). **6\. Recordkeeping and Documentation** * Maintain updated records of equipment inventory, configurations, and movements; * Document procedures, checklists, and user manuals; * Log solutions and incidents to build a knowledge base. **7\. Support During Project Implementation** * Assist in deploying new systems, equipment, and technologies; * Support infrastructure, network, and systems teams during implementations; * Prepare environments for testing and acceptance. **8\. Compliance with Standards and Best Practices** * Adhere to information security policies, LGPD regulations, and NTI governance guidelines; * Follow service standards defined by supervision; * Ensure confidentiality, ethics, and care when handling sensitive data and clinical information. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed high school and/or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support or similar roles; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Flexible working hours. * **Additional Information** **We highly value our employees—the driving force behind our institution.
