Job Details
Responsible for ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and updating of the unit's quality management system, aiming to standardize company processes. Responsibilities: Ensure implementation, maintenance, and updating of the unit's quality and food safety management system; provide training to personnel involved in the process; and maintain existing certifications. Evaluate quality and food safety indicators; analyze trends in customer complaints and non-conformities against established parameters; implement corrective and improvement actions. Coordinate the food safety team; provide training to other team members to conduct production process risk analyses; implement and evaluate necessary control measures to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Strictly comply with company quality standards, applying personal hygiene rules during task execution, within the work environment and related procedures. Rigorously follow company code of conduct, maintain optimal working conditions, and ensure proper care of work materials. Develop, review, and update quality management system documentation; collect necessary information for alignment and implementation; and correct identified non-conformities. Maintain contact with external parties regarding the management system; report system effectiveness and suitability to senior management; and support internal and external audits. Motivate team members to achieve company objectives. Participate in developing strategies and plans to meet organizational goals and targets. Respond to technical inquiries from customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies; collect records, samples, and other information to address customer complaints; implement and request corrective actions for reported issues. Maintain thorough knowledge of all quality procedures; attend training sessions, guidance, and updates whenever required; actively apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company quality policy, and Integrated Management System (IMS); collaborate in understanding and implementing new technical requirements in the field.\#LI\-LG1
