We are looking for a Junior Billing Analyst to handle the company’s billing operations. **Responsibilities and duties** * Verify delivery receipts and analyze operational details and tax aspects for invoice issuance. * Issue invoices and send them to customers, performing cancellations and adjustments when necessary. * Generate reports on outstanding billing items for coordination follow-up. * Issue bank slips (boletos) and submit them to banks, while monitoring settlements and charge adjustments. * Provide operational support and resolve system failures in the billing system. * Stay up-to-date on applicable tax regulations and procedures for the area. * Strictly comply with the Standard Operating Procedure (POP) and internal company procedures. * Safeguard assets, equipment, and organization of departmental documents. * Provide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge. * Contribute to a positive organizational climate and perform related tasks as required by management. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or Economics. * Experience in the role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional information** Meals provided on-site; Meal allowance; Basic food basket; Gas allowance; Health insurance plan (Unimed – 50% covered); PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and salary plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); “Love Pack” (maternity kit); Birthday day off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
