Everyone is warmly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Advise the Presidency and/or respective Executive Boards in civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines within the construction field; * Assist in identifying economically attractive generation, transmission, or distribution projects through feasibility studies involving layout alternatives and budgeting, covering civil, electrical, mechanical, and environmental disciplines; inspect Energisa facilities to support studies on alternatives for future construction projects; * Participate in developing inventory studies, technical-economic feasibility studies, and basic projects for generation, transmission, or distribution projects; * Assist in preparing tender documents for services, construction works, equipment installation, and procurement related to generation, transmission, and distribution projects; * Interact with service providers, ANEEL (Brazil’s Electricity Regulatory Agency), and internal departments of the Energisa Group; * Handle administrative matters related to approved and ongoing projects; * Develop and manage data for strategic management systems under the department’s responsibility; * Ensure execution of various administrative tasks within the department; * Supervise and inspect approved and ongoing construction projects; develop, monitor, and manage the company’s investment planning; * Prepare technical studies related to the company’s electrical system; * Validate electrical damage processes and voltage level assessments; * Interact with companies and professionals in the electricity sector for technical evaluations and decisions regarding new projects serving third parties; * Monitor emergency operations; in cases of higher complexity, act as facilitator and eventual liaison with companies involved in unscheduled outages; * Prepare general technical reports as decision-support tools for management; * Prepare mandatory technical reports required by ANEEL requests; * Monitor and supervise projects, construction works, operational processes, construction, and maintenance activities related to distribution; * Develop and implement special engineering projects and emerging technologies; * Interact with service providers, ANEEL, and internal departments of the Energisa Group; * Handle administrative matters related to approved and ongoing projects; * Develop and manage data for strategic management systems under the department’s responsibility; * Ensure execution of various administrative tasks within the department; * Supervise and inspect approved and ongoing construction projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering; * Valid driver’s license; * Experience in project development, guidance, Environmental Legislation, supplier negotiation, and contracting; * Knowledge of procurement processes; * Coordination experience in assembly and maintenance activities for transmission lines and substations. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
