A professional responsible for receiving, verifying, organizing, and controlling materials, as well as providing counter service and conducting inventory in the warehouse.

* Material Receipt and Verification: Receive deliveries from suppliers (replacement parts, tires, oils, paints, PPE).
* Verify that delivered items exactly match the invoice and purchase order (quantity, part code, and quality).
* Organization and Storage: Label, catalog, and store each item in its designated niche, shelf, or section within the warehouse.
* Maintain organized inventory control to enable mechanics to locate parts quickly.
* Counter Service and Delivery to Workshop Staff: Serve mechanics, body repair technicians, and electricians at the warehouse counter.
* Deliver requested parts upon presentation of the bus’s Service Order (SO).
* System Control and Deduction: Record deductions in the company’s operational system/ERP for each item issued, linking the part to the specific bus undergoing maintenance.
* Monitor minimum stock levels and notify the chief warehouse clerk or procurement department when a critical item is running low.
* Inventory and Cycle Counting: Participate in periodic physical stock counts (inventories) to ensure system balances match actual shelf quantities (preventing losses, discrepancies, or idle parts).
