This extensive experience enables us to add significant value to the contracts we support, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through knowledge exchange and sharing—having participated in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Map, review, redesign, and document organizational processes, especially software factory workflows. * Update, standardize, and enhance documents, templates, policies, and artifacts from the Asset Library. * Conduct, monitor, and track high-maturity statistical analyses in accordance with CMMI guidelines. * Perform internal audits to verify Squads’ adherence to defined processes. * Conduct periodic training sessions on processes, methodologies, and mandatory practices for technical teams and leaders. * Prepare, update, and ensure maintenance of artifacts required by the CMMI model. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support implementation with Squads and corporate departments. * Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and critical performance indicators of key processes\-. * Support governance, compliance, standardization, and risk management initiatives. * Ensure traceability, consistency, and quality of organizational processes. * Support integration of processes with corporate tools (Azure DevOps, SharePoint, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Quality Management, or related fields. * Experience in mapping, reviewing, and improving organizational processes. * Knowledge of process management methodologies (BPM, BPMN). * Familiarity with maturity models, preferably CMMI Levels 3 to 5\. * Experience developing and standardizing artifacts such as policies, guides, templates, and operational workflows. * Knowledge of metrics, indicators, statistical analyses, and measurements applied to processes. * Ability to conduct training for technical and managerial teams. * Basic understanding of governance, compliance, auditing, and risk management. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, clear communication, and systemic vision.
