**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6 days/week, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM; Saturday: 7:30 AM–11:30 AM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT labor code * IT Support Analyst (mid-level preferred), responsible for providing technical and operational support to system users, managing and tracking service tickets, user access rights, and other system updates. * Train and guide employees; investigate anomalies; serve as the liaison between internal teams and the IT department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with SQL (database); knowledge of Totvs ERP solutions (Protheus). * Experience in user support and assistance; * Experience with SQL (database); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
