Base in CUIABÁ/MT. **responsibilities:** Profile assessment: align with managers hiring needs, technical and behavioral requirements of the position. • Job posting: create and publish job ads on employment websites, social media and internal channels. • Resume screening: analyze received applications and identify candidates best matching the profile. • Conduct interviews: perform individual, group and group dynamics sessions. • Administer tests: apply and evaluate technical, psychological and behavioral tests when necessary. • Recruitment funnel management: track candidates throughout all stages of the selection process. • Feedback: provide feedback to both selected and non-selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Interface with managers: support leaders in final hiring decisions. • Organization of internal selection processes: promotions, transfers or relocations. • Indicator tracking (KPIs): monitor metrics such as time-to-hire, cost per hire, turnover rate and hiring quality. • Onboarding (in some companies): assist in the integration of new employees. • Participation in career fairs and talent attraction programs: employer branding, internship and trainee programs.
